Great wine bar on Polk! We went on a Saturday and sat inside. There was live jazz music and nice lighting. It was crowded but a fun environment to be. We all tried different wines and they were great. Food looked great, so will definitely need to come back to try!

Decided to give this place another try and I'm glad I did. Customizable wine flight for $13. Three different wines with heavy pours. Service was great. Servers were attentive and even offered to turn on the heaters outside which was a nice touch. I ordered a Malbec, Pinot Noir, and Merlot. All three were delicious! No complaints. Happy hour is daily from 4-6pm. On weekends, HH starts at 2pm. Will definitely be back since their happy hour offers great deals.

Wine is always amazing and some of the food is very delicious. I love the happy hour wine flight special. For food, happy hour selections are fine but the regular menu has more options and really the best items. This is a perfect spot for first dates and grabbing wine with friends. The music gets turned up at some point in the evening and can be a bit loud and clubby. Service is also usually pretty friendly!

I've been to Amelie a few times on Polk and their sister location in NY and no matter when or where, it always feels so welcoming. They have an impressive wine list and are able to make great recommendations. The food options also pair quite well with the wines making it a very fun time all around!

Great service and ambiance. Good for after-work drinks, girls' night, or a date. It's lush, cozy, and there's cool seating inside and out. The $12.50 wine flight at happy hour is a steal!

I visited recently as I had a $15 in-Kind (reservation app) discount & every time that I've passed this place, it looked like a fun Euro-party was going on. I made reservations for a Friday at 5:30PM to catch the tail end of Happy Hour & to hear the DJ that starts at 7PM. It was VERY loud inside so we opted to sit outside. Several of the happy hour menu items were not available so we had the artichoke (the only HH item we had) which was (3.5/5), Amelie salad (4/5), pan con tomate (2.5/5) but I didn't really care for it, beef carpaccio (4/5), champignon flats (4/5) & truffle potatoes (3/5) as I couldn't detect any truffle. I really wanted beef tartare but it's not on the menu anymore. We opted for cocktails instead of wine & I had the Saint German 75 & my friend had the white Negroni. Drinks were pretty good. The loud music made the restaurants fun but good luck trying to have a conversation. It's more of a fun party place & lounge. Overall 3.5.

I am obsessed with Amélie! The staff are incredible, so funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. It seems like a place where people truly enjoy their jobs, which in turn makes for a great customer experience. They have a bunch of smaller 2 seater tables scattered throughout the wine bar along with a few larger tables for big groups. You can also opt to sit at the bar if that is your preference. They do live music most nights which adds a lot to the ambiance. I always order the charcuterie board and it never disappoints! Typically they do a parmesan style hard cheese, a bri, and another soft cheese. This comes along with a variety of meats including my personal favorite, chorizo! The baguette they serve along with the board is always warm and fresh and if you need more they are more than happy to bring it out to you. They also include a variety of jams, mustard, pickles, and olives. I always try to get there before their happy hour is over which is before 6 every day (even weekends). They have a great deal on the board as well as build your own wine flights where you're able to try a variety of different wines. They also have a pretty killer espresso martini on the happy hour and regular menu. The most recent time I went they accidentally poured the wrong glass for me and let me keep that one as well as getting the right one sent over. Love it here and it's quickly becoming one of my usual spots!

Cool place with good high-beat music and nice staff. I showed to after closing and they still accommodated me (Julien is the bomb and the one responsible for the club music that kept this place lively! Say hi to him from Roger if you go)

Great spot for happy hour with their choose your own 3-pour flights for $13. On Friday to Sunday, happy hour starts at 2pm which is unheard of! Vibes inside are sooo good, very cozy and inviting. The booth seating is very comfortable and makes you want to stay a while. Servers were welcoming and friendly and they made great recommendations. We got some warm baguette on the side with our wine and it was hitting the spot. Didn't try any other food this time, so we'll definitely have to come back for that. I can see how this is a popular spot, the wonderful ambiance and romantic lighting are the perfect backdrop for a date or to catch up with the girls. Can't wait to come back to this spot!

Went on Bastille day. Cool music and the waiters wore french outfits and wigs. So fun! We tried the burrata flatbread, croquettes, baked Camembert and for dessert the Creme Brûlée and Bread pudding. Everything was really good! They have a huge selection of wines and drinks. It can get too loud inside making it hard to keep a conversation. I'll seat outside next time. Nice place to go back.
